And once it gets to a certain point, the whole thing just feels too overwhelming to tackle.

The Inbox Reset is a one off service where I go into your inbox, clear the clutter and set up a simple system that actually works. No ongoing commitment, no complicated processes. Just a clean, organised inbox and a handover note explaining how everything works so you can maintain it yourself.

It works for both Gmail and Outlook.

How it works

Once you've booked, I'll send you a short intake form to fill in. This just helps me understand how you use your inbox and what you need from it. From there I'll get access set up remotely and get to work. When I'm done I'll send everything back to you along with a short note explaining the system so you know exactly what's what.

Choose your tier

The Tidy - £95 For inboxes with up to 1,000 emails. I'll clear the clutter, set up a simple folder structure and create filters so future emails start landing in the right place automatically.

The Full Reset - £145 For inboxes with 1,000 to 5,000 emails. Everything in The Tidy, plus a thorough unsubscribe from unwanted senders, archived emails sorted and a handover note so you understand the system.

The Rescue Job - from £175 For inboxes that have been quietly spiralling for a while. If you've got more than 5,000 emails we'll have a short call first so I can understand the scale of the job before we get started.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you get access to my inbox? For both Gmail & Outlook I'll ask you to delegate, which gives me access without you needing to share your password. I'll walk you through exactly how to do it, it only takes a few minutes and you can remove my access as soon as the job is done.

How long will it take? It depends on the size and state of your inbox. The Tidy is usually done within a couple of hours. The Full Reset typically takes three to four hours. The Rescue Job we'll discuss on our call before I get started so you know exactly what to expect.

Will you delete anything important? No. Before I start I'll ask you about anything you want me to leave alone. I won't permanently delete emails without checking with you first, and anything I do clear will go to your bin so it can be recovered if needed.

Is my information safe? Yes. I treat everything I see in your inbox with complete confidentiality. I'm only there to organise, not to read or retain any of your personal or business information. I’m GDPR compliant, ICO registered and handle all client data in line with current UK data protection regulations.

What happens after you're done? I'll send you a handover message explaining the system I've set up so you know exactly how it works. You're also welcome to message me afterwards if you have any questions.

What if I want ongoing inbox support after the reset? That's something I offer as part of my regular VA services. If you'd like to chat about that once the reset is done, just get in touch.
