Running a business is exciting. The admin that comes with it? Less so.
I’m Helen, a UK based Virtual Assistant who helps small business owners take the overwhelm out of their working day. I provide calm, reliable support behind the scenes, so you can focus on the work that actually matters.
Whether it’s an inbox that’s spiralling, a diary that needs organising or social media that keeps getting pushed to the bottom of your to-do list, that’s where I come in.
How I Work
I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Before we start I take the time to understand how you work, what you need and what would make the biggest difference to your day.
From there I work quietly in the background. Proactive, organised and discreet. Keeping things running smoothly so you barely notice the admin exists.
My goal is simple: to make your working life easier, not give you another thing to manage.
My Background
After 14 years as cabin crew, including 5 as an onboard manager, I know what it means to stay calm under pressure, get the details right and show up reliably, every single time.
Those years taught me that the difference between a good experience and a great one often comes down to the small things. I bring that same attention to detail and professionalism into everything I do as a virtual assistant.
I also have a background in school reception and secretarial roles, which gave me a strong foundation in organisation, discretion and clear communication.
